    Jielan "July" Zheng

Meet July, a talented graduate student from China who is pursuing her M.S. in Financial Engineering at NYU Tandon.

NYU Tandon has the resource to help you achieve what you want to be in the future. Hi, my name is Jielan. I came from China's Sichuan Province, and I'm currently a second year student for the master's program major in financial engineering. The financial engineering program for a wide four track for students include corporate finance, risk finance, technology, finance and computational finance. For me, I'm doing jobs in computational finance, so I choose this track, and select the courses really related with quantitative finance and computational finance. I like this city. I think it's a good place to get started and start their professional career or in the future. NYU Tandon also provides a quick shuttle to the Manhattan, and you can also take a subway, so it's very convenient. After graduation, I will be working towards to get a full-time position in the investment banking area in New York. NYU Tandon provides a great work-life balance. I do enjoy the time to spend with my friend and classmates. I am happy you're interested in NYU Tandon, and I'm looking forward to meeting you on campus.
